Warranty

All our products come with a minimum 3 years warranty (unless specified otherwise). We will acknowledge and honour all warranty claims made by our customers. In order for us to approve your warranty request from our suppliers, we require the following:

• Original purchase receipt
• Photos of the damage / video of the fault
• A note from your electrician detailing the damage cause by our product 

Please note that all our warranties are replacement warranties only. We do not offer any refunds for our warranties.

In the event the original product is no longer sold by Eazy Lighting, we will refund the full amount of the original purchase price.
